    Hi Liberty

I have my partner on my policy as fully comprehensive, She is still on a Learner Licence and therefore not allowed to drive on her own under Irish law, she is waiting to do her test.

Would she be covered by my policy in a case of a crash if she was on her own without a full licence holder in the car?

    regards
    D

    Hi DaraDali,
Thanks for your query, insurance is only valid if you are using the vehicle in accordance with your driving licence.
