    Hi

we have had over 6 fertility treatments, 1 IUI Dublin (ended up hospitalised with acute pancreatitis shortly after hospital thought it was due to meds given), 1 natural IVF in London (BFN), 2nd natural IVF Dublin (No transfer-they timed it wrong), 3rd mild IVF London cancelled poor response, 4th and 5th IVF London natural modified both BFN and 4th got ill. We have spent the past 9 months at home with Napro with no luck so far.

I have low AMH 1.6pmol and my husband lowish sperm count. We have spent thousands on tests and Napro now going to send us for laparoscopy just in case.

I am now 39 (was 36 when we started this) and would like one last chance of IVF this summer before giving up on my own eggs. Can anyone recommend a good clinic for IVF for low AMH, we are willing to travel as this is our last hope. Are there any in prague for low AMH. We are thinking of ARGC in London

So sorry to hear about the tough time that you have had stressedms. I don't have personal experience of any clinics abroad, but just thought I'd mention the Lister in UK. I have looked into that clinic before and them seem to be particularly good with poor responders. I think they have some doctors that specialise in that area and they often seem to get patients that have had no success elsewhere. As i said, i don't have personal experience with them, but just thought i'd mention them in case you haven't already considered them.

The ARGC is supposed to be very good too, but i've heard it referred to as "bootcamp". I think you have to be over in london during all of your stimmung phase as they monitor you pretty much daily i think. From what i hear, they are very very expensive as all the extra blood tests, scans etc that they do compared to other clinics really adds up in terms of cost. I don't think the cost of bloods/scans is included in their ivf prices, so these have to be added on. You probably know all this already, but again, just thought i'd mention it in case.

Sorry i can't be of more help. Best of luck to you where ever you go.

I've a friend who went to a clinic in Athens and it focuses on low AMH as far as I know. They did the rounds of the clinics in Ireland for years and she says with hindsight she should have just gone there from the start. A third of the price too.

If we don't get lucky in the early (IUI) stages here, I'll be taking her advice and going there.
