Sorry Dave, this guy wants to buy closer to home! :(
Genuine seller lads, have bought a bike off him before so no worries in that regard. And I'm not his sister by the way! :D:)

Anywhere from 5'9 to 6'1 I would reckon. I'm 6 foot, for reference.

    Where located?

Also, is that a Mistral as opposed to a Birza?

How old is the bike Dave? Is it still in good running order/ well serviced, etc.? Are you willing to drop anything from the price?

    Cheers,
    Wheelo

The bike is in excellent running order, although a new set of cables might be needed within the next 6 months. People who know me here know I look after my stuff. It's coming on to five years old, but hasn't seen the greatest levels of mileage.

The price seems pretty fair to me. Obviously you can make an offer, but I'd expect it to be worth asking to someone. In no rush for the cash either.

If you ever decide to split the wheels let know, I'm looking out for a set of racing 7's in good nick.

    I can also vouch for Dave_o_brien's genuine-ness!

I'll bear that in mind, but I reckon the bike will sell quicker with them!

Are ya sure Yop ??? Great deal here for someone, on the off chance I have a man looking for a training frameset for winter, I'll be meeting him in the morning when we are out with the youth training, ill let you know what he says, if he took the bike without the wheels what will the the gadetra offer for the wheels and between us we might be able to work something out...

    Cheers zip,

I tried to send a pm but I'm way too newbie with only 11 posts...
    Perhaps I can reply only.

No need for a pm yet. The bike is still available. Based in Dublin.

Oh, I read Mayo somewhere and I got confused. Well not going to Dublin soon, probably in two weeks time. I'll check the progress and of it's available at that time I'll ask you again. Cheers

Hard to tell in the pics, but do those pedals have the dettachable plastic platform on one side, so that they can ridden without going clipped-in?

    Hi Dave,

As per my wanted ad. Do you reckon this would suit someone 5'9'' with stubby 30'' legs?

In all honesty, it might be a bit on the large side for 5'9"... Welcome to try? It's based in cabinteely.

I kind of figured but saw someone else trying to flog one as suitable for 5'9-6'1 which is a pretty big spread on a roadbike.

Friend works out in D-L so he might be amenable to a field trip.
