i was looking in the uk at kit cars pre built used,
has anyone imported anything like this?
how do they go about charging vrt
take a one off custom build type with uk papers and reg plate etc
    how would they value it?
or theres the car with body lifted off and a new body installed when prsented to vrt will it be charged at the value of the car pre kit?

What's it based on? If over 30 years old the VRT is flat rate €250 (?).
