    What is the best car polish for shine and the best interior polish available

    I'm going to assume you mean polishing by hand? If so Chemical Guys Pro Polish is very good.
    That said, the secret to a well presented car is in the prepartion...wash, de-tar, de-iron, clay, polish and protect. If you just polish it, and fail to protect it, your work will be undone after a wash or two or a couple of hundred miles in bad conditions.

    For the "interior polish"...do you mean dressing for the plastics?
    50Cal Precision is a very good one, as is CarPro PERL (it dilutes down for interiors, can be used on tyres un-diluted)
