I have been recently applying for a good few jobs Tesco, Sky, Penneys ect.
All of these jobs have been for positions like sales assistant/advisor and customer assistant ect.
When applying your expected to fill out a questionnaire, the first section is always about you, so gender, age, race... Then you have to answer maybe 10 - 20 questions. Each has a scenario that may occur in a store and 2/3 possible solutions.

I'm just wondering if any one has any tips/advice on how to approach these when applying for jobs.

    Thanks

Role-Play the situations in your head:

For the customer interaction situations, play the role from the perspective of the customer and select the answer with the best customer service outcome.

For the financial situations, play the role from the perspective of the employer and select the answer with the best financial outcome for the company.

For the ethics situations, play the role from the perspective of the employer and select the answer with the best ethical outcome for the company.
