Hi we were looking at buying a 1980's bungalow. At the rear of the bungalow beneath two windows there appears to be have been 2 cracks plastered over. Hi we were looking at buying a 1980's bungalow. At the rear of the bungalow beneath two windows there appears to be have been 2 cracks plastered over. I asked the estate agent to ask the owner and he said there had been remedial work carried out? Should I be concerned? I tried to examine it on inside but it was behind a built in cupboard. There were no other cracks around the house. Would an engineers report be able to examine this. Thanks
