Unwanted Automatic Renewal

I had a domain name that I thought I had cancelled, this morning I saw that this had automatically renewed registration for 2 years at the cost of 22 euros. Firstly it's a .com and this seems very expensive for .com renewal. Secondly I have searched through online billing docs on my Blacknight admin panel and the last time I paid for this domain according to the docs I could find was in 2011 so how can it AutoRenew after 4 years?
I tried resolving this with sales and asked for at least one years cancellation but found Blacknight to be very unaccomodating which is disappointing after many years custom. I am now checking that autorenew is switched off on my other domains. Is there anyway I can get my money back on this unwanted domain?
