    Quick question - can someone have a full time job and also have a 2nd part time job and be paid for both as paye?

    You can have as many jobs as you want.

    Some employment contracts will prohibit an employee from taking up another paid job without their consent. Other than this there is no problem.

    From a PAYE perspective, you would need to split your tax credits between the two employers, depending on the different rates of pay, to ensure you are not over or under paying tax.

    Yes. Just ring up Revenue when you start the 2nd one,and tell them the new employer's tax registration number and your start date, and roughly much you earn in each job. They will sort out the tax credits for you.
