Sunday Post attempting a (re?)launch in Ireland

The Sunday Post - which is available in border areas already - is advertising as being available "around Dublin" from this weekend

My mother was a devoted reader back in the days when all the British Sunday papers were imported and it was available from the local newsagents but as local printing started this died off and she hasn't read it in years

I can't see any niche in a massively declining market for this - its an inoffensive non-controversial tabloid, can be a little right wing/conservative at times also (probably why its popular in border areas!) which is something that hasn't really existed here in years.

Tried to buy this today to get an Oor Wullie fix at least and nowhere in Maynooth seems to have it (Eason franchiser, local newsagent who does all the UK and even regional papers, or Lidl).

Misread it and thought that the Sunday Business Post was attempting a relaunch. Don't think I've ever read that Sunday Post newspaper.
