Xperia Z3 and "waterproof" problem

I got my phone wet yesterday. Not a problem, I thought. It's waterproof, the seals were closed well and the water was tapwater.

After that I dried off the phone and thought nothing else about it. When I got home the phone was vibrating and wouldn't stop (even when turned off). This behaviour continued for a couple of hours and has gone away now. Other than that the only issue I have is that there's condensation on the camera lense.

Has anybody had this before on the Z3? Will it go away?
There are water damage indicators on the phone. I can see the one at the SDCard side and it's white. This is the side beside the camera. I can't see the one on the USB side (white or red).

Has anybody dealt with getting this repaired under warranty or will the condensation go away.
I'd imagine if the indicators aren't showing red then the seals weren't broken then it should be a warranty repair.

Phone is working fine this morning except for a blurry camera.
