Your adviser should be able to give ya a copy of it or I could email it on to ya if you pm me your email. You will need excel on the laptop to run it.

Are there many people on Boards using the Cost Control Planner?

For those that are - what do you think of it?
Does it help with keeping track of the financials?

wouldn't be a fan of it-Its a glorified spreadsheet and is being peddled as the best thing since sliced bread, which it isn't.

Just go onto ICBF.com and in the Applications section you can enter your data for the year to the Profit Monitor section.

Stock, Sales and Purchases should be pre entered and then just post your receipts and payments.

Forward this to your Teagasc advisor and that is the profit monitor done for the year.

No need to fill out the monthly cost control planner.

Spot on. Did mine in a few hrs this week in the evenings. Get a report off your merchant what money you spent then go through bank account online and pick out your insurance, esb, phone, diesel, and anything else put into sundrys that doesn't have a heading. Takes a lot of work out of the PM
