What % of cars are 2008 onwards?

Anyone know what percentage of cars on the road are 2008 or newer? Just interested to see what percentage are on the new v's old tax system.

For a reasonable estimate add up car sales 2008 to date and subtract from total number of cars (approx 2m I think but you would have to check).
