Give your local ironworks a call and get a quote.
Should get a more solid set made and delivered for under 100 yoyo.

I made a set for my lads out of 2" wavin pipe, elbows, tees and 45's for about €25 in 30mins. Glued together they're solid as and you can size them to suit the age of your kids

Any chance of a photo to give us non wavin techies an idea of what they look like?

I'll try and take one tomorrow and post it. I've made them small cos my lads are only 4 and 2 but you could easily double the size without compromising them. They're about 5ft by 4ft in the goal with 2.5ft upper posts.

Got a decent set made by Euractive in my local toy shop (Toymaster) for €89.99. They were easy enough to put together too which was good.
