    I have a PDF that I need to print but it's locked - It's roughly 280 pages. It's the first time this has happened and I have no idea of what kind of software to use. Looking for a decent open version/demo which will allow me to print the whole thing. All help is greatly appreciated. LB

    I would be inclined to give Open Office a try, but it could just be a stab in the dark.

    I think I used standard gnome document viewer for that :evince. Linux obviously. https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps/Evince
