    Hi,

Have a disk mower I use for topping. Only have flat disks onthe 6 heads as crop not heavy and doesn’t get blocked on next run around.

Plan on cutting hay this year, will 2 drums on both ends beenough to make a row that won’t be spread into crop not cut, or is a swath boardneeded along with the drums.

Don't think swath board is necessary in my experience. It's been a while since i mowed a bit, but as far as I can remember there was no swath board on the machine I used, but it had the drums either end and worked fine.
