Bank of ireland Original documents lost

    I want everyone to know that banking 365 online and phone. Have a very bad customer services team. As they will request your original documents and then they loose it. When you request why it is not being returned it takes them on average of 3 months to get any reasonable answere if you get to someone that can get someothing done. You have a far better service at the branches especially in Galway city. They get things done...... The underlining fact is if they require a original make sure to take a copie of the documents as they might get lost in the branch in Dublin. ....... gratings from a very annoyed customer of bank of ireland paying fees for staff to loose documents.
