Hi looking for a good solid guitarist (both electric and acoustic) for duo set up for summer festival gig (July). Even better if you're a vocalist too. Must be into most styles of music and genres..
eg. FX / experimental delays/dist/revs on electric guitar for slower style stuff jazz/finger style for chilled out folk/alt and funky upbeat/ fast pop on acoustic guitar.

Things I like: Cocteau Twins and all styles of spaced out guitar, Leonard Cohen, early country (murder ballads/AP carter), everything electronic and pretty much most in between.

I am a very solid rhythm guitarist and love to connect with the same in a musician when jamming. Varied set with all styles from folk, chilled, alt.country/pop/flamenco/hip-hop.

If you think you could add and think we could connect and fancy a few quid and a free festival pls drop over some youtube/Sc clips

Acc based demo examples here: (www.soundcloud.com/mariashiel) (other stuff elsewhere: http://mariachiandthegoodbrians.bandcamp.com/track/riding-over // www.soundcloud.com/ms44)

I am looking to partner up with someone long term too as setting up a band + electronics at the min. Have to get things up and running sharpish for this gig though so commitment essential - would need a weekly thing of some sort to begin with.

    Thanks a mil

    Maria
