Are you reading the codes, or a mechanic?
How long has car been like this?
Any work done on it recently?

A mechanic showed me the codes to check I bought the van sat I was told it was a crank shaft sensor but I replaced it and its still the same the rev counter doesnt work when you start it it reves up and goes back to idle if it stays running

I suggest to bring it to another mechanic and let them have a look too.

I am moving this to main forum as it's not a DIY effort.
