Solar collectors a tad expensive?

I had a look at several Irish websites for solar collectors, the tube type.
I have found prices kind of starting at €2000 for a 20 tube system, without the hot water cylinder, which I already have, 200 liters.
    Then I found this website:

    http://www.ravensbergersolar.de/solarkollektoren/roehrenkollektoren/376/ravensberger-high-energy-2400-24-roehren-bafa-foerderfaehig

Where a German, 24 tube collector comes in at €460!
I find that difference in price baffling, does anyone know this German company? Are they rubbish? Or is this a legit bargain?
If they don't ship to Ireland, I can manage to get it over here.
I still remember the height of the boom, when wood pellet burners where found to cost 6000 here and the same model in Italy less than 2000.

    Edit:

Also, anyone know if Navitron are any good? I honestly don't know, I am just starting out on solar, this is my research stage.

Don't confuse on sale in Germany with manufactured in Germany.

Not saying its the case here, but in the machinery world there's a lot of "badge engineering" going on, with stuff coming from China.

    Ode To The Motorist

“And my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, generates funds to the exchequer. You don't want to acknowledge that as truth because, deep down in places you don't talk about at the Green Party, you want me on that road, you need me on that road. We use words like freedom, enjoyment, sport and community. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent instilling those values in our families and loved ones. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the tax revenue and the very freedom to spend it that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a bus pass and get the ********* ********* off the road”

Well aware of it, I'd say 90% of stuff on sale is made in China and probably the same sweatshop.
But that is quite a huge gulf in price, I guess I have to ask some questions on some German websites if anyone knows that crowd.
I'm too used of the practice here to buy something in the UK, stick a 0 on the Sterling price and sell it for that here. Was the case with antique jewelry and classic cars around 2006.
