Data & text working but no calls

I can send and receive text messages and also use data on my HTC One M7 as normal. However this morning I cannot make or receive calls. The phone is 2 years old and I am on the Three network.

All settings seem correct and colleagues on the Three network report no problems.

Any ideas?
