I'd begin by getting my hands on some old leaving cert maths books. With the introduction of the new Project Maths course, there should be loads of the old books floating around. The old Text and Tests books were very popular.

There are also lots of great websites to help you. For example:

    http://www.mathtutor.ac.uk/
    https://www.khanacademy.org/
    http://patrickjmt.com/

    Good Luck!
