Just bought a used focus. Has no lock nuts on and I'm going to put them on. Best place to buy them? Online? Dealer? Motor factors? All suggestions appreciated.

Genuine ones should be cheap enough from Ford. I bought a set before for a Fiesta from a dealer for about €30/€40. McGard are a good and well known brand too if you decide to buy spurious.

Aren't the ford ones just rebranded mcgard any way?
    They were on the mk1

Would I be wasting my time walking into a motor factors do you reckon? Is mcgard the only make worth having?

A lot of motor factors sell mcgard, halfords do too I think.
