USS Oklahoma dead to be exhumed in identification attempt

There's part of me thinks they should be left where they are. http://edition.cnn.com/2015/04/14/us/uss-oklahoma-remains/ You wouldn't hear of anyone cutting open the Arizona in an effort to recover and identify any remains from her dead, so what are the crew of the Oklahoma different?

These are guys who could'nt be identified and were buried in a mass grave after the attack. They are not on the Oklahoma unlike the remains on the Arizona.
