Hi all need advice

My ex and I are separated just over 2 years

An extension was built onto my parents home for us to live in and was paid for by myself
My father has passed away and left the home to me in his will after my mother has passed

My ex is now applying for judicial Seperation and wants half of my parents home

We have a 3 year old

Is she entitled to my inheritance before I even receive it?
