Motor Tax PIN not working

    Hi guys, i recently bought a car and seen on the online vehicle transaction that it was signed over into my name yesterday so I requested a PIN online to tax it, entered all the details and got email back with new PIN but when I try to log in it says incorrect details and wont let me log in any ideas why??

    Yea i have tried that it keeps sending me the same pin number i may just ring them tomorrow thanks
