This could be very good for both the US and Canada but still good for the other developing countries. A second string Argentina team would be better competition for the other weaker nations.

The possibility of a Six Nations plays American from 2016 to Argentina, Uruguay, United States, Canada, Chile and Brazil is close to fruition. This is a proposal by Argentina by Agustín Pichot, strong man rugby that country and representative to the World Rugby, and can have a definition ends meet, which would be a huge step for rugby region and a competition to Uruguay, in an encouraging picture beyond the great goal of the World, when Los Teros seek a foothold among the 20 best in the world.

The idea came to Rugby Union of Uruguay in recent days, and President Sebastián Piñeyrúa travel to the US for a meeting on April 23. The intention is to advance the discussion and leave as defined possible event, which also has the support of the World Rugby.

The date it is handled is February and March, on the same weekend as the Six Nations European dispute, which would facilitate one of the key objectives that the six teams play to their full potential. He would play with the same system as his "brother" Europe: five dates, all against all, with alternating localías by year.

However, a drawback is that, from 2016, Argentina will be playing for those dates the Super Rugby tournament Franchise New Zealand, Australia and South Africa from next year will have an Argentine team and Japanese.....

    Several considerations

1 ) is it a meaningful and beneficial (developmental) comp for ALL participants
    2) is there a target crowd to attend and support it
    3) is there a TV broadcaster prepared to invest in it for a few years to help it grow

Get all that and it has potential

Were that I had a few billion dollars knocking around to make a real go a professional set up in the US. I felt when Argentina joined the 4 Nations, that long term rugby would be better served by a pan-American tournament.
