I've lived and worked in Ireland all my life. My fiancée is English and has lived and worked in England all his life. Only engaged a couple of months but original plan was that I was to move over early next year and we would have wedding in Spring but now have decided why the hell wait, going to get married here in December instead. However, it may be up to 4/5months before I actually move over after the wedding, so what is my tax situation? Do I need to tell revenue or do I just continue the way I am as I will be leaving the country anyways and he is not in the Irish tax system?

If he is in England, working there, with no intention of coming to Ireland, you will stay as you are for tax purposes.
