We had it for a few years, up to last October.

While it served us at the time as there was not many other options, in reality it was a bad service.
Highest speeds we ever got from them was 6Mbps, and that was an upgrade from 3Mbps.
After that, the 6Mbps only lasted about 3 months and we were back to 3Mbps, and even less on the best of days.
It took months to find out what was wrong, but they finally admitted it was just down to increased contention.

When we had it, they didn't block any torrents, and as such, the download was "un-limited".

Got in Vodafone last October, got upgraded to Fibre in February, and haven't looked back since.

If anything ever happened the Vodafone, I'd still never go back to Imagine.
