MS Word query

    Have a few things going on in a doc. Header page, TOC, pic inserts, on about page 5 I have to paste in about 7 pages worth of data in a format of 2 columns.

    I can create the 2 columns ok, paste data in, the data fills in the 2 columns but on alternate pages its like I have an indentation, every second page of the columns, the 2 columns are over an inch or thereabouts so its not uniform.

    any ideas?

    What kind of break did you insert before switching to the 2-column format?
