mod help please.i recently paid clare co co commercial water rates on a property which is divided residential / commercial. i also recieved my first bill from irish water (another issue!) and when i rang about the double billing it was explained to me that i was liable to both entities! its the same utility so it seems…

mod help please.i recently paid clare co co commercial water rates on a property which is divided residential / commercial. i also recieved my first bill from irish water (another issue!) and when i rang about the double billing it was explained to me that i was liable to both entities! its the same utility so it seems odd. its less bills i want not more! any forum mod,s where i could get advice? cheers
