Renting a property for past 4 years few minor plumbing issues Kitchen Mixer tap drips constantly as does 1 of the bathroom ones. Could do with a new toilet cistern in one of the bathrooms also. As with Water Charges in we would like to conserve as much water as possible
Have said it to Letting agent but he told us were getting good deal on the rent so we should fix those problems ourselves

I can fit the taps & replace the banjaxed cistern myself but problem is who should be paying for them?
