Bars with home sound systems?

    Hi, I'm a singer/songwriter
    So it's just me and my guitar and sometimes a loop pedal.
    I'm not really in the position to go out and fork out a grand or more for a pa or rent because a lack of transport
    But I was just wondering if I could get a list of pubs (if any) in Dublin City Centre with a home sound system set up so I could just walk in, plug in and play.

    Any help is greatly appreciated

    I think what you're referring to is a house PA as opposed to a home sound system.
    Most Temple Bar pubs have them.
    Anywhere with regular music would most likely have them.
    Less likely to find them in smaller pubs and outside the city centre.

    The Patriot Inn in Kilmainham has it's own in-house PA system. It's a nice place to play too.
