That car is 3 owners, not a massive deal but it's a basic piece of information that's incorrect on the ad.

    The wheel covers are missing.

It's luxury pack model which means it has the jbl 6 speaker system too.

What do you want out of a car? Random enough shortlist.

Good question. I'm after lowish cost of ownership. I don't need a large family car, a mid sized car will do. Mileage is approx 15k miles, so guess that borders on the need for a diesel. In my head I've shortlisted 3 cars and my reasoning is....

    1. Prius. It's pros have been well documented here on boards. I'd think quite a lot of private ones should have a full toyota service history.

    2. Civic. Again it's well regarded here on boards, especially in 1.8 petrol guise, which seems to give good economy and reliability without the issues that a modern diesel can bring.

    3. Ceed/I30. Again seem to be well regarded here. Seems to have pretty good reliability and economy in both petrol and diesel form. Most should have service history if the owner was at all interested in keeping the warranty.

Outside those 3 I am struggling for choice.I drive a 05 1.4l petrol golf. The newer petrols seem quite complex and 1.6 diesels seem to give some bother. So I've discounted another VAG .

    Thanks.
