Lollipop S5 back up Help needed

    Have a samsung galaxy S5 and recently updated it to Loillipop.

    But ever since the update the phone has been a complete basket case.

    Touch whiz has frequently stopped working(hut that is the least of my worries) My Galaxy App Store wont sign in/load/download any apps.
    Several times when I've locked the screen the phone freezes, time stops on it and doesn't progress. Twice my alarm has failed to go off in the morning for work becasue during the night before time has stopped when the phone was locked.

    There are many many many other issues also like various different apps not working or opening, my wifi not connecting all the time, but the main one is that I cannot back up my phone whatsoever to perform a reset. It won't connect to Samsung kies and it wont connect to Samsung cloud through the phone to allow me to back it up.

    Has anyone any suggestions or advice as to where I should go next.

    Back up everything to Google and factory reset, that will sort it..
