Operation of Farho Xana Plus electric heaters

    Hi,

    I'm hoping someone has experience of using Farho Xana Plus electric heaters. We are in the process of getting these installed in a holiday home. The first three are installed and we can't understand how to operate them.

    Our problem is that while there are programmes that can be setup with individual temperature settings these appear to be over-ridden by the room temperature setting on each radiator. What appears to be happening is that 24x7 the radiators consume electricity to maintain the room temperature setting (I'm happy with that as we have it set low to ensure a "ticking over rate of heat" but we also wanted to have programmes set at a higher temperature at night while we have cheap rate electricity or when we are in the house.
    When the programme times are on though the heaters only seem to heat to the room temperature setting as opposed to the programme heat setting.

    Before we get the rest of them bought and installed I want to iron this issue out!
    Any ideas of what we are doing wrong?

    Did you resolve this issue? I am looking at these rads with a view to installing and need something programmable for periods of absence.
