One that catches my eye today is Native Gallery in the 4-10 at Ffos Lass (33 on betfair) He hasn't got too many miles on the clock for a 10 year old so he probably has had some issues and hasn't run for over 400 days but he has in the past gone well fresh and has ran in better races than this one off higher marks. If fit for this reappearance he should have a really good e-way chance

I checked at the races too

I don't think the Irish racing link is accurate. Says nothing about his two rides in America and most record run in Melbourne. Maybe I'm blind

    Devonshire 16-1 3.10 EW
I really like this. No race this year but I think it can run on into place.

Oh, oh oh, Ryan Moore is seriously... We want Joseph back!!!

Nah, seriously, Blallydoyle are notoriously slow at this time of the year. It normally proven to back Weld and Bolger, though the later seems out of form. Anyway, if Joseph rode today, we would be all abusing him

Love to know what was in Foleys mind. Wry smile no doubt

    Apparently, Price Wise backed him

As for Weld, jeez he has some Arsenal today. prince Khalid Abdullah, now Agha Khan, and Moyglare. No long needing Galway to be his benefit week as his best horses are running all year round

Stats are there. Don't go near any O Brien horse early in the flat season. It's just not worth
the risk, even if the horse has proven quality.

Haha the money buyers got burnt there. Won't be touching any O'Briens until after Chester at the earliest!

Weld on the other hand does really well early season, year in year out he puts away a lot of winners.

Not really every year, just the last two. Bolger usually very hot.

When will people learn about backing O'Briens

What site do you guys normally use for best odds? I normally just go into the paddy power down the road but the lads in the pub were on about various sites yesterday, I think with boyles I can withdraw from my balance in the actual shop?

Last year yes, all year round, but the joke, before 2014 was that his best period came at Galway with horses that could barely win elsewhere. Last season at Galway, he didn't win all of the big flat races as he was kinda scrapping at the end of the barrel (some barrel lol) as he kepted his best boys n girls behind cause they were competitive during the year.

I think he led the trainers championship by numbers won last year (usually does of course)

It's been a while since he was truly down as a trainer to compete with Obrien for group 1s, in particular classics (yes Irish st ledger is his race..)

If you look at the at the races website, above the race card. They give a grid of all the odds from alot of the different bookies

Trainer says '' The Mooch '' wins the 5.05 .
Looks a competitive lil race though. It hasn't run since Oct, while others have fittest.

He ran alright with Ryan on board and finished 8th at 9/2 on soft ground.

I know he is use to the travelling at a minutes notice, but what is Moore on? A twenty four hour flight and be back in Dublin before 11am the next day.

Surely Ballydoyle could have got one of the other lads to ride?
