Architect in Mayo

    Can someone recommend a good architect in mayo for a modern house..there seems loads but love Appricate a recommendation.

    There are some excellent architects in Mayo, but I would find it difficult to recommend one above the other.

    There there is the Bannon guy who never seems to be off RTÉ and it seems could be down on the next train

    Taylor Architects in Castlebar are the biggest and have won a lot of architecture awards over the years. They would be the best but could be expensive as a result. Simon J Kelly in Westport is another.

    Any advice for engaging an architect and how best to make process work for both parties?

    I used Simon Beale in Ballina. Would recommend. About to start build with his support and have got competitive prices from him and builder as a result. Genuinely no link.
