    Hello.

I have a tevion dish and thomson reciever. The dish was from Aldi some years ago.

We were getting channels from 28.2E, but the dish then came down and now we can't seem to get them again.

I have a Signal score of 80-83% and a quality score of 60-63% but nothing comes up when I either manually or auto scan apart from:

    Pick
    Pick+1
    QVC
    QVC Extra
    Viva
    Some shopping channels
    Some music channels
total number of channels is 25

    Any advice would be great!

    Thanks

You should also be getting two versions of Sky News on the transponder which carries Pick etc, 12207 V.

Can you do a manual scan of individual transponders? They are not all the same signal strength. A much stronger transponder is 10964 H which carries Channel 5, 5 USA etc.

The FEC is due to change on 12207 V soon, so you may have to rescan that one after the change. This is from the SatelliteUK forum.

Also, prior information that on the early morning of the 16th, 12.207V, ie the TP carrying Sky News and Pick etc, will change FEC from 2/3 to 5/6. I'm guessing others will also be changing as has already happened on the two TP's carrying the Sport Active feeds.
