rubbish dumping at Baltard cliffs

During a trip to Doonbeg over the easter break I went to the well known beauty spot of the Baltard cliffs, someone has been dumping loads of rubble and bricks at the edge of the cliffs and even some carpet underlay,it looks very bad to see a lovely place like this ruined by this dumping.
I have learned that the location is on private land and the owner is not too happy about people going up there, there are no signs to say private land etc and there is a road up to the cliffs with no gates so it looks like a public road.
    Anyone else aware of this???
