Hey lads. First time user so bare with me.

I am an RDF recruit at the moment and will be passing out as a pte soon. I am currently a first year law student but hate the field. Im considering applying for a cadetship at the moment, and failing that, general enlistment with the goal of getting overseas and perhaps doing a night course or degree through the army on return with the end goal of getting a cadetship (I'm 19 so have a few years until I'm 27).

I would appreciate any advice from people who have gone the general service route and been successful in gaining a cadetship. What educational opportunities are available within the PDF?

Finally, regarding the medical corp, do they recruit separately or do you apply after completing 3 star training?

Thanks in advance for the help and apologies if this query has been posted in the wrong tread!
