    Absolutely.

    Unless it doesn't, of course.

Yes for some people, no for others.

It's plain to see if you take a look around.

I think you should flash your big sexy man nipples to old people in a retirement home. It'll feel all liberating and spiritual and sh1t like that.

Pogs are also set to make a big comeback this year. Keep your eyes on September my friend. Certainly one to look forward to.

It does, but only if you focus possessively on the good stuff constantly.

"Life finds a way" is probably a better slogan. It seems to fit all sorts :)

In a prison-planet it's not too bad, it could be worse. Encapsulated inside a huge ball of electromagnetism keeping us all safe from the real danger of radiation from space.

At this moment in time, it is working out for the best I think, as it could be a lot worse.

Thirty five years later and I'm still hoping for the best :)

Well. It usually does when listening to a whistle and flowing good music. Meld into it.

No. Life's a biatch and then you die.

    /thread

PS: But yet, a beautiful sunny shining day has the power to put one in a great mood I believe. So it's all a bit fupped-up really isn't it.

Lack of vitamin D is usually the cause of most folk getting down, especially through winter and less sun-light.

Your body dies, but not the electrical energy your body was once connected to. It has to go somewhere.

I'm going to say yes right now, as I'm listening to this:

In the sense that everyone will die someday, providing them the type of freedom from pain and negative emotion that can only be achieved by absolute uninterrupted unconsciousness, then yes. Everything works out in the end.

Everything is relative and we adapt to our circumstances. So even if you find yourself standing in front of a mass grave with a gun pointed at the back of your head you can console yourself by thinking at least they're not cutting my head off.

About five seconds before you die.

You're probably reading too many delusionary books.

Reminds me of a friend whose wife read some nonsense called The Secret. It's all about positive thinking and visualisation I believe. Anyway 2 years later she was so concerned about getting the Ferrari and penthouse, she forgot to save her marriage.

Capt. Kirk: There are a million things in this universe you can have and a million things you can't have. It's no fun facing that, but that's the way things are.

I've had to face up to the fact I'll never have a 30 year old Grace Lee Whitney.

For most people in first world countries it's about resetting expectations and enjoying what you have and understanding you get chucked a curve ball from time to time.

Everything will be all right in the end... if it's not all right then it's not yet the end. (Quote I heard somewhere!)
