Self employed spa day

Just watching the Fergal Quinn show on RTE here and he's after sending the stressed out store owner off to a spa for the day.
Now as far as I know business owners can't claim back tax for such a day as it would be classed as a luxury but should they be allowed?
Many small and Medium business owners have really been crippled over the last couple of years and many are just trying to survive while working 7 day weeks.
You're never really free from your business I guess.
It seems to have helped this woman in question as she's finally taken a step back from her business and can think straight now, although she'd never have taken this step on her own.
Would it be a god idea to allow self employed people claim the tax back on spa/therapy days?

Saw the title, saw "just watching Fergal Quinn" and thought...this is like a bad joke from the 80s...
