Alone with your enemy at your mercy - would you be violent?

    Everyone has someone they really dont like or get on with in life, from the boss who screwed you out of a promotion to that cheating boy/girlfriend of yours. If you were alone with your enemy and had complete control and had any weapon at your disposal- gun, rusty knife etc, and you would 100% get away with it, would you actually do anything violent or could you just live with someone else being a d!ck and move on?

    The amount of people out there who say "Oh id kill him/her slowly and painfully if i got the chance" is unreal...is it all bluster?

    No... violence requires more effort than I'd be willing to expend on someone I dislike.

    I don't think I dislike anyone enough to be violent towards them. Perhaps if someone had murdered a close relative, I'd have a different perspective. Hopefully not though

    There are a lot of the 'string 'em up' brigade who, given the opportunity to do harm, would run a mile.

    I'm with ShenShen, an enemy isn't worth the effort of harm.

    I would take my shirt off make loud guttural noises.I will then dance to "Paradise by the dashboard light" by Meatloaf before disemboweling the violent antagonist with a serrated shard of glass.I would then proceed to teabag the victim with my scrotum.

    I wouldn't be able to kill anyone in that situation that I can think of because I have a conscience and I don't hate anyone that much or feel I have the right to take their life.

    I suppose it would depend on your own mental health and situation at the time, if someone hurt one of your family in an unforgiveable way and there was a possibility that they would do it again or they were a threat to yours or your families safety and no one else would help you keep safe from them, then its possible that you might not be able to control yourself given the opportunity I guess. I don't think I would be able to give someone a slow death or any kind of torture.
