hi. Hope somebody can help me .

My story is ive been using adobe photoshop for years , i know it like the back of my hand and ive just got a new job looking after companys facebook page and a few other photoshop dutys .

Story is they are not going to pay for adobe photoshop software , its just a little to expensive for them. I remember years ago someone saying that adobe elements does a lot of what photoshop does but at a fraction of the cost.

ill be using general touch ups, copying and pasting logos onto pictures, using layers. brightning/contrast .

I cant see a trial on elements???

You can get an elements trail here for 30 days http://www.adobe.com/downloads.html
Also the company can rent photoshop for €12.29 per month as part of the photography bundle.

It's only €12.50 a month or something for Photoshop. How tight are they?!

I know the older versions of elements didn't have layers, that may have changed though.

    Elements has layers.

It doesn't have access to Channels AFAIK.
