Light Coloured Counter Tops

    Hi,

We will be replacing our kitchen counter top along with some other updating in our kitchen soon. We have a dark kitchen so want to introduce light colours where possible.

I am reluctant to use granite/marble or other high gloss surfaces as we are already laying high gloss tiles. I have been in kitchens where alot of high gloss surface has been used and it creates alot of echo, sore on the ears.

I prefer to stick with solid surface over laminate finish. Although if there is a high end laminate finish that provides a light colour then I'm open to it. any thoughts on what options i have for a light coloured counter top?

    Thanks
