and was wondering if there is anyone out there that has a template that they could give me.

I intend to use the Civil Service rates as well as be bound by the allowances and rules of the Revenue Commissioners on what is and is not allowed. In effect I need to write up an official Company Policy that my employees can referred to claiming Mileage Expenses if they are using their car ad-hoc on company business.

Just trying to save time on having to create one from scratch... so any help will be appreciated

AFIFK it has to be compliant with Civil Service rates otherwise Tax will apply.

And there is an annual mileage rate at a higher rate before it goes to a lower rate.

    Rates on the link above.

Hi lads ... Yes we will be using the CS rates. What I stuck for is the policy itself

Just refer them to the rates..... A quick paragraph explaining where them claiming mileage is applicable, ie travel for business, don't forget any insurance points job done.
