Garmin Forerunner 920XT or 620?

Im looking at buying a device for tracking my cycling and running and these seem to be the closest to what I'm looking for. Is the 920XT worth the extra money? Has anyone used either for cycling? I dont plan on using it for triathlons and would have very limited need for the navigation on the 920XT.
