Is this filmed in 4K yet?

With the launch of HBO now it'll soon be possible for HBO to start streaming their shows in 4K the same way Netflix has started doing with all of their originals. Have they already prepared for this by future proofing this shows season and other shows by filming in 4K? It'd be better for them if they had 4K versions of their shows available when their app is more widely available on 4K TVs.

Since they also screened the last two episodes of season five in IMAX, which they had to do a lot of mastering for, it'd make sense to film in a resolution that could make doing stuff like this a lot better. Wouldn't be surprised if IMAX were willing to work with them and help them shoot scenes with their new cameras.

It was also announced this week that Game of Thrones will be getting two fancy new cameras for the upcoming season. The appropriately named RED Dragon is RED’s latest 6K camera and comes encased in a carbon fiber shell, making it a pound lighter than the RED Epic. The two RED Dragons that will be used for Game of Thrones will be the first two used on any film or TV series, with the camera not actually available to buy until October. When it is released it will be priced at $50 000 and available on a built-to-order basis only.

That article is from 2013, so been filming in 4k/6k a while now

Season 5? I seriously doubt that.

Even if something is filmed in 4K the main reason appears to be to provide greater latitude in post processing with later downsampling to 1080P as that provides a better result than shooting native 1080P.
