Soft-bricked Nexus 7.

I failed flashing attempt has lead to one of my Google Nexus 7 tablets being soft-bricked.
In short it boots into a boot-loop and I can boot in in fastboot/recovery mode.
Standard recovery option doesn't work (just boots back into the loop) but I can also get to the option where I can load a new ROM via "ADB sideload".
However the problem there is that none of the computers that I have here detects the device.
It's been driving me mad for weeks now and rather than waste my time going around in circles I am looking for someone who can fix this for me (and get paid for doing it).
    Anyone?

Can you boot to fastboot? You should be able to repair it that way.

Yes I can but with the options outlines above...

Is it stock or custom recovery?

I have soft bricked my Nexus 7 many times and have used one of THESE to get me out of trouble. I basically copy a downloaded rom onto it and flash it that way.

So you can boot to fastboot (not adb/recovery) but you can't detect the device?

Are the correct drivers installed? Have you connected directly to an onboard USB port (not a front panel one if desktop)?

You can flash a new image in fastboot. If you unzip the normal zip file that you'd flash in recovery it has image files (.img) files in it that you can flash in fastboot.

only if debug is activated, otherwise wasting time.

Debug only affects ADB. Fastboot is separate.

I have gone through the whole process with deleting all drivers and installing fresh ones using WUG Nexus Toolkit and still no luck.
Tried a desktop and two laptops and none of these will detect the tablet.
I am going to try using an OTG cable and a USB drive with a fresh ROM next.
    Hope that will work.

Also why he should try fast boot. If you can't see that then nothing will
    work.
